Learn to sharpen your knives and discover the proper way to carve your Thanksgiving turkey with in-house knife maker and chef Will Griffin.  The workshop will begin with a knife sharpening tutorial, so bring your favorite knife and you'll have time to practice time-honored techniques with the instructor's guidance. Everyone around the table will get a roasted bird of their own to carve while Will demonstrates and explains how to handsomely slice up a festive fowl.  A feast of sides and wine by the fire to follow.

And if you are interested in one of the Japanese sharpening stones you'll use in the workshop (pictured here), they will be available for purchase at the workshop.
